The payment at TATHAM is simple and easy for customers. There are 3 forms of payment:
1. Payment in cash or by credit cards
One of the payment forms is usage of cash when shopping at http://tatham.vn.
- If you buy instruments directly at TATHAM’s showroom, you can pay in cash or by credit cards through POS machine equipped in our shop.
- Where you place online or phone orders. If the delivery location within Hanoi city and place for payment, you can directly pay in cash for transported staffs of the TATHAM.
2. Payment by bank transfer
Another form is the usage of bank accounts when shopping at www.tatham.vn
If the delivery location is suburban or inner Hanoi city, but they difer from the place of payment (If you send gifts, send goods to friends, partners ...); you have to pay 100% of amount of money and shipping charges calculated by the method of transportation before delivery.
