Dan K’ny
The K’ny is used to name the single-stringed fiddle played by some ethnic groups in the Truong Son-Tay Nguyen region ( Ko Tu, Hre, E De, , Gia Rai, Ba Na, e, Xo Dang, etc). Though its structure is quite simple, the distinctiveness of this instrument resides in the way it is played. K'ny’s resonator is the mouth of player. This is a unique feature of K'ny and the basis for the new creations due to its structure and playing way.
